Enhancing regional energy security through infrastructure development

Flagship Project

Walvis Bay Oil Storage Terminal

Walvis Bay Oil Storage Terminal

200,000 MT Oil Storage Terminal

Vortex Energy is spearheading the development of a 200,000 MT oil storage and distribution terminal in Walvis Bay, Namibia. This flagship infrastructure project will enhance regional storage capacity and improve security of supply for landlocked SADC countries.

The strategic location of Walvis Bay on the Atlantic coast of Namibia provides an ideal gateway for petroleum products into Southern Africa, offering efficient access to regional markets and reducing dependency on traditional supply routes.
